Real estate has always been Gregory's profession and passion. At the age of 22, he sold his first building for $12.8 million to the Lefrak organization, then bought his first apartment at the Charleston Condo on East 34 Street. Gregory has also lived all over the city including the downtown Wall Street area to the Upper East Side, before moving to New Jersey, so he knows the entire area intimately.
