Kathryn is a tremendous partner and the consummate real estate professional. I can confidently say that, without her, we would not have been successful in purchasing our new home. Working with Kathryn was one of the best decisions we made. She was everything you want in an agent while you're looking for a home - patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable about the area, and most importantly able to digest our needs and wants in order to find homes that met our needs. Once we found the home we wanted, Kathryn provided white glove service! She coordinated everything for us that she could, walked us through each step of the process and held our hands when we needed it. We had complete trust in her advice and knew she was on our team. Most importantly, aside from being truly fantastic at her job, she is just an all around lovely human. Friendly and accommodating, she was truly a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the area. Rachel CG

Listed our home with Kathryn and received an offer within 30 days. She was with us every step of the way. Very responsive and professional. She is very technology savy and made sure that our home was exposed to New York buyers who are a prime source of sales in Connecticut. We couldn’t be more pleased. From Day 1, I was inspired and impressed with her energy and professionalism, and as, I got to know her, was blown away by her kindness and compassion during the emotionally difficult process of saying goodbye to my family home. I could count on her for anything and she truly was a wealth of knowledge in all areas. I will still never forget when she showed up one day to check on the work at the house and, in a white dress and heels, began to prune the lilac trees! Talk about commitment! Do not hesitate contact her if you are looking to buy or sell a home! Amanda H.
