Prior to joining William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, Wende owned and operated Cornerstone Capital Mortgage & Real Estate Services where she closed over 3000 real estate transactions and provided clients  advice on financing strategies, cash flow analysis for investment units, and growing their real estate portfolios. In 2011, Wende sharpened her negotiating skills as a property price negotiator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac short sale portfolios. Receiving numerous achievement awards and consistently ranked as a top negotiator.

Wende is a true golf enthusiast, promoting women's involvement in the game. She enjoys travel within the United States and abroad to France, Italy, England, East Africa, South Africa, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.
