Stratford is one of the eastern-most towns along Connecticut’s Gold Coast.

Founded in 1639 by Puritans, the town is rich in both history and natural beauty. Situated along Long Island Sound at the mouth of the Housatonic River, Stratford is the home of Sikorsky Aircraft, which employs several thousand people and is situated at the base of Exit 53 of the historic Merritt Parkway.
