Elvia and Lenore were a whirlwind of competence and talent. They made our little house sparkle. The photography was so beautiful. They skillfully created lovely views of our house as a well loved and lived home. The house went out into the world and was snapped up in four days. We took all their knowledgable advice and when it came down to the transaction details they didn't skip a beat. All went smoothly to the end. Selling a home is no piece of cake, unless you find a realtor team that knows all the obstacles. Right from the start, Elvia and Lenore had the foresight to set us up with the best contractor recommendations, whether it was oil tank and radon remediation, to plumbing and electrical. Amazingly there was little wait in resolution, keeping the process as smooth as possible.
