My business philosophy is influenced by many years of working with legendary UCLA Coach John Wooden, whose Pyramid of Success maxims helped form my approach to business.

Patience- good things take time. Integrity- purity of intention. Reliability- creates respect. Industriousness- there is no substitute for hard work and meticulous planning. Cooperation- listen if you want to be heard. Be interested in finding the best way, not in having your own way...

Skill- a knowledge of and the ability to properly and quickly execute the fundamentals. Enthusiasm- truly enjoy what you are doing.”

Important qualities for interacting with clients and seeing the process of purchasing, selling or renting real estate through to a mutually successful conclusion .

My business experience is extensive with regard to financing and operating two privately held companies engaged in sports marketing, event production and television production of live college basketball, college lacrosse and LPGA golf. Prior to that I enjoyed a finance career which included co-founding a private biopharmaceutical company, and  investment banking where I was engaged in sourcing capital for real estate, oil and gas exploration and regional restaurant franchise limited partnerships.

My wife and I have spent the better part of thirty years as residents of Madison, raising four children here. I am a former President of the Yale Hockey Association, a past President and Board member of the Madison Youth Lacrosse Association, a longtime youth lacrosse coach in Madison and enjoy golf, platform tennis, hiking and skiing. My sports marketing business originated and operated two annual events which raised over $2 million dollars for Special Olympics in Southern California and Indiana.

As a real estate focus I have concentrated on the shoreline towns of  Guilford, Madison, Killingworth, Clinton and Branford and I am a member of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
