With a vast global network, a positive energy, and an unparalleled commitment to his clients, Mark Madonna has the motivation, the connections and the reputation to assure success in your real estate endeavors.

Before establishing himself as a top agent in Litchfield County’s real estate industry, Mark had years of in-depth exposure to the New York commercial real estate market, and held executive positions at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division and Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management Group. Working at blue chip firms gave him the opportunity to manage multi-million dollar transactions, negotiate high-risk deals, and travel to various cities in Europe, Asia, and the United States to cultivate business partnerships.

Mark implemented his experience as a corporate executive into his real estate career by helping major figures in New York City—from partners at hedge funds to celebrities and investors—find their dream homes. His straightforward approach, integrity and professionalism shine in every facet of his work. He directs all aspects of the real estate process, from research and marketing of a property to the full execution of a contract. By diligently keeping all parties involved, and utilizing the latest technology platforms, Mark Madonna manages to deliver impeccable service to clients … around the clock and around the globe.

As someone with a tireless work ethic, Mark has also pursued his creative interests as a novelist, photographer and graphic designer. Originally from Queens, Mark studied Journalism at NYU and has lived in Manhattan’s financial district. He currently lives in Washington, Connecticut.

Mark Madonna is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Litchfield County Board of Realtors. His primary areas of focus include Washington, Roxbury, Litchfield, Kent, Warren, Cornwall, and Goshen.

Find Yourself a Beautiful House with Madonna & Phillips Group

80 miles north of New York City … somewhere between the Hudson Valley banjo music and the Hamptons Bugatti traffic, lies a handful of picturesque hamlets in Connecticut’s northwest corner. Formally known as the Litchfield Hills — or “The Hills” to those in the know — the area has quietly become popular among affluent New Yorkers, hip Brooklynites, celebrities, and anyone drawn to a more discreet and relaxed vibe.

Steeped in historic New England charm, here in the Hills you’ll find historic homes, antique farmhouses, grand estates, and modern waterfronts … all amid an unspoiled setting of lush forests and rolling hills, meandering stone walls, quaint antiques shops, historic inns, winding back roads, verdant wineries and fertile farmland.

The Litchfield Hills is more than a scenic weekender’s escape from the city. Many have made it their choice second home, a civilized respite from the showy crowds, a serene destination to host family and friends for long weekends, an opportunity to experience gracious country living less than two hours from the city … all without the headache of fighting Long Island traffic.
