His strengths as a Realtor come from his understanding of home construction, land development, as well as marketing. He enjoys working on houses and has overseen numerous renovation projects - from kitchen remodels, to entire home renovations, to new construction. Steve's thorough understanding of land development and local land-use policies was formed through years working in land surveying. And the same skills he learned working in publishing - advertising, marketing, writing and design - he brings to each of his listings.
On top of real estate, Steve serves as the Executive Director of Pond Mountain Land Trust located in Kent where he and his wife raise their son and daughter.
