She was prompt to return calls and texts, extremely organized, and thorough in her paperwork. It was my first-time buying a condo, and Allyson patiently explained processes, and gave helpful advice. She kept in touch, making sure that I was comfortable with the process. She made sure that everything about perspective condos was pointed out, so that there were no surprises. She was upfront and honest. Allyson has lots of knowledge about mortgage brokers and other helpful resources. When my bank, after first approving the mortgage, then had a sudden change of rules, Allyson immediately provided business cards with names of alternate mortgage providers, whom she had worked with personally, and my mortgage was instantly approved. Similarly, Allyson recommended a real estate attorney who was easy to work with. When it was time to close (which happened quite quickly, especially considering that this was during the pandemic), all of the paperwork was ready and accurate, and straightforward enough for me to peruse.
