I came across Lenore by chance through a listing I was interested in, but very quickly I felt extremely fortunate that I found her. Selling a home is no piece of cake, unless you find a realtor team that knows all the obstacles. Right from the start, Elvia and Lenore had the foresight to set us up with the best contractor recommendations, whether it was oil tank and radon remediation, to plumbing and electrical.
